Wedding Assistant

Standard ($550)

  • Up to two (3) in-person meetings to review wedding details, commencing at least three to four months before the day-of the wedding date
  • Three vendor visits included each additional 50.00
  • One (1) meeting the week of the wedding to finalize all arrangements
  • Unlimited contact via email, phone, or text
  • Creation of a Wedding Day Set-up List as directed by wedding couple
  • Creation of a Vendor Contact List
  • Confirmation of arrival/set-up times with all wedding vendors 7 to 10 days before the wedding
     
  • Four (4) hours of on-site wedding day coordination to include:
    • Oversee vendor set-up and make sure they are on schedule
    • Act as point of contact for any questions
    • Set up those items not being handled by a vendor, including, but not limited to, place cards, menu cards, seating chart, table numbers, guest book, favors, gift card holder, toasting glasses, cake and knife server, candles, photos, and any other items designated by wedding couple

Deluxe ($1400)

  • Up to four (4) in-person meetings to review all wedding details, commencing at least three to four months before the day-of the wedding date
  • One (1) meeting the week of the wedding to finalize all arrangements
  • Unlimited contact via email, phone, or text
  • Unlimited preferred wedding vendor referrals and selection assistance (including on site visits)
  • Creation of a YPE Wedding Day Set-up List as directed by wedding couple
  • Creation of a Vendor Contact List
  • Confirmation of arrival/set-up/tear down times and contract details with all wedding vendors 7 to 10 days before the wedding
  • Creation of a Wedding Day Itinerary for bride, groom, wedding party, and any family members or friends designated by the wedding couple
  • Communicate with family member or friend responsible for packing up wedding cards and gifts at the end of the reception, including all of the set-up items provided by the bride and groom
  • Ten (10) hours of on-site wedding day coordination to include:
    • Oversee vendor set-up and make sure they are on schedule
    • Act as point of contact for any questions
    • Set up those items not being handled by a vendor, including, but not limited to, place cards, menu cards, seating chart, table numbers, guest book, favors, gift card holder, toasting glasses, cake and knife server, candles, photos, and any other items designated by wedding couple
    • Greet guests upon arrival at reception
    • Assist guests in finding their tables for dinner
    • Line up bridal party for introductions into the reception and coordinate the traditional dances, making sure evening keeps on track
    • Teardown assistance at the end of the evening
    • Use of emergency wedding day kit
